BODEGA SKOL BAR & DISCO HOUSE - POLICY

1. Acceptance of the Terms.
Please carefully read the following terms of use and all other rules and guidelines that we may communicate to you from time to time through the Service, (collectively, the “Terms“), which create a binding legal contract between you and Bodega - SKOL Bar and Disco House. By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Reservation Services.
BODEGA provides the Service to enable Guests to make online reservations, among other related services. To make a reservation, you will have to provide your name, phone number, and along with other information that may be required by the Venue. By providing your contact number , you agree to receive information about your reservation via text message from Bodega. All reservations are subject to the availability of the Venues for your specified time, date and party, and are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation text. Bodega may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email or text message/SMS in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Billing
BODEGA may require you to provide payment information in conjunction with the Service, including (i) prepayment of bills, (ii) cancellation fees, or (iii) card is necessary to make a reservation.

4. No-Show Policy.
You must adhere to Bodega’s reservation and cancellation policy. Bodega SKOL BAR Requires 50% down payment., Bodega requires that you provide at least 30 minutes notice of the cancellation of a reservation made through the Service, either by contacting the Bodega directly or through the Service. You may dispute any no-show by contacting the Venue. The final determination of a no-show will be made by the Venue at its sole discretion.
Note: Costumers are required to appear before 10:00 PM or else the reservation will be forfeited.

5. Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you, is available here and is incorporated herein by reference.

6. Use of the Service.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside) and have not previously been removed or suspended from the Service for any reason.
